Phase 1 Initial Call

We are anxious to hear your ideas. We are looking forward to listen your expectations about your website project. In this call we will meet each other, hearing from you and introducing to you our process and culture.

Phase 2 gather project specs & information

a. Information Summary: Completion of the Design Questionnaire, Sitemap and Content Documents to determine the Clent's needs and requirements.

b. Provision of Initial Photos and Logo: Client provides 5-10 photos plus logo to act as placeholders in design template

Gather ProjectSpecs & Information

Phase 3 Receive Proposal

Proposal: GeekGauchos will delivery to the client a Proposal composed by two documents, "Statement of Work" and "Master Services Agreement".

Phase 4Design

a. Design Templates: Creation of mock-ups based on documents submitted during Phase I. Mock-ups delivered as a link, followed by up to 3 rounds of design feedback (revision form submitted via email). Homepage template design followed by Interior Page, etc.

b. Template Revisions: Turnaround time of 2-3 business days (on average) to provide a revised template, depending on revisions requested.

c. Design Approval: Final approval submitted in writing via email for each template design, before continuing to Phase III

Design

Phase 5Development

a. Frontend Development: Creation of HTML, CSS3 and JS templates (theme). Based on approved Design templates on Fase IV.

b. Backend Development: Integration of theme with CMS, or creation of CRUDs (Create, Reed, Update, Delete) and functionality, according to project type. service): Client submits approval in writing via email of final sitemap with accompanying content and provides additional information for integrations and upload to server.

c. Final sitemap and content (in case of contracting with us for content population service): Client submits approval in writing via email of final sitemap with accompanying content and provides additional information for integrations and upload to server.

d. QA (Quality Assurance) & bug-fixing: Complete website testing. Content, functionality, look & feel, user experience and good practices. Bug fixing from QA analysis.

e. Stage environment revision: GeekGauchos will provide to be revised by client a beta version of the site uploaded on an stage environment. This will have 2 rounds of feedback submitted by email.

Receive Proposal

Phase 6site upload + training

a. Training: Conducted over the phone and using screenshare software to cover basic content-based edits during the period of 1 hour; scheduled at convenience of Trainer/Client.

b. Site Upload + Launch: Site upload to server scheduled at convenience of Project Manager/Client and Client to coord nate site launch with hosting provider.

c. Post-Launch Coverage: 30-day post-launch coverage of programming-related errors or bugs
